Gold Coast Family Beach Photographer  | Beach Baby and Family Session

There is nothing more enjoyable than sitting a baby on sand as they play, laugh and squeal! I think 9 month olds are my favourite of all baby stages and are perfect for outdoor family sessions as well. The session below was a beach mini session on the Gold Coast.  Mini Sessions are perfect for babies and younger children because they lose interest quickly. I do a combination of posed, candid and semi candid posing so that you get a great variety of images to choose from.  Beach portraits look wonderful on canvas, framed or as a keepsake coffee table book for your home. Preparing for your beach baby or family session:

For young children under 3: Make sure they have had their usual nap (if applicable), and have had a snack and a drink at least an hour prior to their session.

I have a few favourite beach locations and I usually shoot late afternoon just before sunset so that we get the most beautiful flattering light.
