Extended family sessions like this one at Benowa Gardens are always something special. This session was a gift for Mum, bringing three generations together in one place, and one frame.

With lots of little personalities involved, the key to a smooth session is always preparation. Before we meet, I take the time to learn about the younger personalities and create a custom shot list so we’re not just winging it. We start with the must-have groupings, and once those are ticked off, we relax into the fun stuff: candid moments, requests, and a few giggles along the way.
